We offer custom meat processing of beef, hogs, and deer. Dont have a beef or hog but want to fill your freezer? We can provide the beef or hog and cut it to your specifications. We also have a retail market stocked with pork and beef products.
Beef Processing
Beef Processing
Processing: $.85/lb
Slaughter fee: $90.00
Additional charge for ground beef patties: $1.00/lb. 4/pack vacuum sealed.
Stew meat- $1.00/lb
Our ground beef is vacuum sealed; you can choose one, or two pound packs.
Additional $15.00 charge for split halves.
There is a $12.00 rendering fee per beef. ($6.00 per half, $3.00 per quarter).

Processing: $.85/lb
Slaughter fee: $55.00
Additional charge for cured meat (smoked ham, sides and loins): $1.00/lb
Sausage Seasoning- Salt, Pepper, Sage- $.20/lb
Sausage Seasoning- 102 (Bob Evans Blend)- $.50/lb
Sausage Patties- $1.00/lb
Sausage Links- $1.50/lb
Bratwurst and Italian Sausage: $2.00/lb
There is an $8.00 rendering fee per hog. ($4.00 per half)
Deer Processing

*Deer Skinning and Processing $105
*Shoulder Mount $30 (Must be picked up next day)
*Euro Mounts (Usually ready within 1-2 weeks) $75
*Deer Bologna $11.00 per roll
*Hot Bologna $12 per roll
*Deer Jerky $10 per dry lb
*Deer Cajun Sticks $10 per lb
*A $20 deposit per deer is required at drop off
*We will open extended hours for the first weekend of bow season- Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 10am-2pm
*Gun Season Hours- Monday 8am-7pm Tuesday-Saturday 8am-6pm Sunday-10am-2pm*
Pick Up
Pick Up
All meat will be vacuum sealed. We will notify you when your order is ready. It will be boxed and frozen and available for pick up during business hours. All orders are expected to be picked up within 7 days of notification unless previous arrangements have been made. Orders that have not been picked up within 7 days will incur a storage fee of $25/week. Beginning January 1st, 2023 a fee of 3% will be added to all credit or debit orders.
